This course explores the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in world language and cultural studies teaching. It examines the benefits, challenges, and ethical considerations of incorporating AI technologies to enhance language learning outcomes. Participants will explore various applications of AI, such as AI-powered language learning platforms, natural language processing, machine translation, intelligent tutoring systems, and automated assessment tools. Through critical analysis, discussion, and practical applications, the participants will develop a deep understanding of the appropriate use of AI to support language learning and gain insights into the evolving role of AI in language education.
